Road Wise

Our 15-minute Road Safety course we call Road Wise. Employers should provide this course if asking employees to self-drive abroad.

The major threat of serious injury or death for travellers is whilst on the road. Road Wise focuses on road safety practices that are useful for all travellers but particularly for anyone who will self-drive and also travellers to the developing world or remote locations. After an introduction, there are four topics that cover pre-travel, including an assessment on whether self-drive is sensible, how to prepare for a journey, some safe driving tips and how to respond to an incident.

The course is broken down into mini travel safety topics using engaging animation to educate the learner – an example of this is seen here with our Safe Driving Tips animation.
